Job Title: Machine Operator – Ghee Production (Cream Separator)

Job Summary:
The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining the ghee production machinery, including the cream separator and related equipment. The role involves ensuring smooth production, maintaining hygiene standards, and following safety and quality guidelines during the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor the cream separator and other ghee processing machines efficiently.
- Ensure proper separation of cream from milk and maintain required production parameters.
- Check machine settings, temperature, and flow to maintain product quality.
- Clean and sanitize machines and equipment as per hygiene standards.
- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of machines.
- Report any machine malfunction or breakdown to the maintenance team immediately.
- Maintain production records and machine operation logs.
- Follow food safety, quality control, and factory safety procedures at all times.
- Assist the production team in achieving daily production targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum Higher Secondary / ITI / Diploma (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience operating dairy or food processing machines.
- Basic understanding of cream separator and ghee manufacturing process.
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle production pressure.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in dairy plants or ghee production units.
Pay: ₹8,527.37 - ₹20,000.00 per month
