Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth, generate new leads, develop client relationships, and expand FAMROX's facility management service portfolio across various sectors.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, industrial, healthcare, educational, retail, and residential segments.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and field visits.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with operations teams to develop customized service proposals.
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.
Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with clients, consultants, facility heads, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services.
- Coordinate with operations teams for seamless onboarding of new clients.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Gather customer feedback and provide strategic inputs to management.
- Identify opportunities in government, institutional, and private sector tenders.
Reporting
- Submit weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, and closures.
- Track and report business development KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, preferably Facility Management, Manpower Services, Security Services, Industrial Services, or related sectors.
