Job Title –Assembly Operator
Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assembly operator to fabricate aero structure Assemblies.
Qualifications:
1. ITI Pass Out and 1 –6 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, aircraft assembly, sheet metal, or structural assembly.
2. Candidate should have good knowledge of drawings, reading, GD &T concept.
Required Skill:
· Experience in assembling aircraft structures, subassemblies, and components as per engineering drawings and specifications.
· Hands on experience over drilling, reaming, countersinking, deburring, fastening, riveting, and bonding operations.
· Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, process sheets, and technical work instructions.
· Hands on experience hand tools, pneumatic tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly jigs.
· Hands on experience Install clips, brackets, nut plates, fasteners, and structural hardware.
· Perform self-inspection and quality checks to ensure compliance with aerospace standards.
· Follow workplace safety procedures, FOD (Foreign Object Debris) control, and 5S practices.
· Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
· Understanding on 2D & 3D drawings and able to execute the job.
· Good knowledge on assembly tools and instruments used to maintain dimensions.
· Knowledge on AS9100D and Quality standards
· Skilled in using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and torque wrenches
· Ability to work in a production environment and meet production targets.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
