Position: Manager – IT & Digital Transformation

Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech

Experience: 5-10 + years of experience in IT leadership, digital transformation, enterprise applications, or technology management. Experience in a SaaS company (Product, Implementation, or Operations) OR in FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail, Apparel, Consumer Goods, or Services.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced IT professional to lead the organization's IT operations and digital transformation initiatives. The role involves managing IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and driving technology-enabled business improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the organization's IT strategy and technology roadmap.
- Manage IT infrastructure, networks, cloud systems, hardware, software, and IT assets.
- Ensure cybersecurity, data backup, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee ERP, HRMS, CRM, Finance, Payroll, and other business applications.
- digital transformation through automation, AI, analytics, and process improvements.
- Lead IT projects, manage vendors, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Mentor the IT team and provide effective technology support across the organization.
- Requirements:
- Strong understanding of IT systems and technology requirements across multiple business environments.
- Hands-on knowledge of enterprise applications such as ERP, Inventory Management Systems, CRM, HRMS, Finance, and Payroll solutions.
- - Experience driving technology adoption, business process automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong project management, vendor management, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in leading enterprise-wide IT initiatives and digital transformation programs.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity, cloud technologies, IT governance, and business continuity planning.
Ability to align technology strategy with business objectives and lead organizational change.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple technology vendors.
