HR Sr. Executive is responsible for providing front line HR delivery to all FAI employees. The role will play a key role in the success of the organization by offering support on recruitment, performance management, employee relations, learning and development and HR best practices while facilitating a positive relationship between employees and management. The role will work closely with employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.

Reviews the resume for all job candidates and interviews and manages the recruitment process along with the recruitment team using the standard recruiting and hiring procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce.

Implement programs to help improve the employee experience, assist with employee communication and feedback through such avenues as company meetings, employee satisfaction surveys, newsletters, employee focus groups and 1-1 meetings

Recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote high level of employee morale and motivation

Performs relevant employee onboarding activities, stores and prepares employee documentation during joining and exit.

Ensure timely closure of employee life cycle HR process (e.g. Recruitment, Transfer, Leave request, Performance management, Promotions, Salary revisions etc.)

Assessing training needs of the employees and organizing training as per the schedule

Maintains employee related databases. Prepare and analyze reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the department and company. Prepares periodic reports for management.

Should conduct on-going research on emerging trends, issues and best practices in the area of employee relations

Knowledge of Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards and should be able to collaborate with stakeholders to implement CSR initiatives

Knowledge of basic laws and regulations of HR

Knowledge of Office 365 tools including Word, Excel and Outlook

Knowledge of Statistical Techniques and working of HR systems preferably Workday

Educational Qualification and Experience:
- Graduate / Post Graduate in HR

Minimum 3-5 years of Human Resources experience
