Job Title: Microsoft 365 & Power Platform Consultant
Job Type: Full Time / Permanent
Job Location: Vadodara (On-site / Work From Office)
Vacancy: 1 Position
Shift: Night Shift (Flexible based on client requirements)

We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft 365 & Power Platform Consultant who can design, develop, and implement end-to-end business solutions using the Microsoft ecosystem.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Microsoft 365 administration, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and related cloud technologies. The candidate should be capable of building integrated business workflows across Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI, while also working closely with clients to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Core Responsibilities:
Microsoft 365 & Collaboration
 Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
 Configure and maintain Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), security policies, and user access controls.
 Implement Microsoft Defender policies for secure workplace environments.
 Support Microsoft Copilot adoption and usage across business workflows.

Power Platform Development
 Build and maintain solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
 Design automation workflows for approvals, notifications, and business processes.
 Develop business applications for data collection, tracking, and reporting.
 Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

Dynamics 365 & Business Applications
 Work on the Dynamics 365 Sales module for CRM processes.
 Manage lead tracking, opportunity pipelines, and customer lifecycle workflows.
 Integrate Dynamics 365 with Power Platform and SharePoint for seamless data flow.

Solution Design & Implementation Microsoft
 Design end-to-end Microsoft ecosystem solutions for business processes.
 Build integrated workflows such as: o Lead Capture → Dynamics 365 → Power Automate → SharePoint → Teams → Power BI Reporting
 Develop industry-specific solutions such as: Construction workflows (project tracking, jobsite operations, safety checklists, approvals)

Client Interaction
 Gather requirements directly from clients and translate them into technical solutions.
 Provide regular updates, demos, and documentation to clients.
 Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile: Core Skills (Mandatory)
 Microsoft 365 Administration (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online)
 Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
 Intune (MDM/MAM)  Microsoft Defender
 Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI
 Dynamics 365 (Sales module preferred)
 Strong understanding of Microsoft ecosystem integration
 Excellent English communication skills
 Experience in client-facing or consulting roles
 Comfortable working in night shifts
