Qualification
- Graduate / MBA / MHA
- Experience: 2–4 years in Hospital Operations, Patient Counselling, or Healthcare Services

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel patients and attendants regarding treatment plans, hospital services, estimated costs, and payment responsibilities.
- Provide accurate treatment cost estimations through HMIS.
- Explain insurance, corporate, and government scheme coverage, eligibility, and benefits.
- Drive OPD-to-IP and NPR-to-IP conversions through effective counselling and follow-up.
- Ensure timely CRM follow-ups and maintain process compliance.
- Conduct daily rounds to address patient and attendant queries.
- Monitor estimations, final bills, billing variations, and outstanding balances.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing teams, and other stakeholders to enhance patient experience and conversion rates.
- Maintain proper documentation and generate conversion/performance reports.

- Strong communication and counselling skills.
- Good understanding of hospital services and payer categories.
- Patient-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and track conversion performance.
Candidates with healthcare operations and patient conversion experience will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
