Key Responsibilities
Teach spoken English through activities, not just textbook grammar
Conduct:
Rhymes, storytelling, and conversations (for lower classes)
Role plays, dialogues, and group discussions (for higher classes)
Improve:
Pronunciation
Vocabulary
Sentence formation
Listening & speaking skills
Use phonics-based techniques for early learners
Create a safe environment where children are encouraged to speak
Conduct fun classroom activities like:
Show & Tell
Picture talk
Skills Required Excellent spoken English (simple & clear) Friendly, energetic, and patient with kids Ability to handle young learners Basic phonics knowledge (preferred) Creativity in teaching (games, activities, storytelling)
