- Supervise installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment
- Ensure machines operate efficiently with minimal downtime
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance
Equipment Management
- Monitor performance of machinery and identify issues
- Coordinate with technicians for troubleshooting and repairs
- Maintain records of equipment history and maintenance
Team Supervision
- Lead and supervise mechanical technicians and workers
- Assign tasks and monitor work performance
- Train staff on proper handling of machines and tools
Planning & Scheduling
- Prepare maintenance schedules and work plans
- Ensure timely completion of maintenance activities
- Coordinate with production team to avoid disruption
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments
- Promote safe working practices in the workplace
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and checklists
- Report breakdowns, repairs, and improvements to management
- Track spare parts usage and maintenance costs
Spare Parts & Inventory
- Monitor inventory of mechanical spare parts
- Coordinate with purchase department for required materials
- Ensure availability of critical spare parts
Pay: ₹9,714.74 - ₹41,504.88 per month
