Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cafe Manager role based in Sadar. The Cafe Manager oversees daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staff scheduling. The role involves supervising and coaching team members, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organized environment. The Cafe Manager will monitor food and beverage quality, coordinate with suppliers, and manage stock levels to minimize waste. The position also includes driving sales, handling customer feedback, managing cash and basic financial reporting, and supporting promotional activities to grow the cafe’s customer base.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members.
- 2-7 years of experience with food & beverage and food service operations, including quality control, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Sales skills, with the ability to promote menu items, support upselling, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Prior experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality management role is preferred.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and train a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of inventory control and cash handling procedures.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
