We are looking for an experienced and passionate Science & Technology Teacher to train aspirants for UPSC (IAS) and BPSC (Bihar Public Service Commission) examinations. The ideal candidate should have expertise in General Science, Technology Developments, Space, Biotechnology, Artificial Intelligence, and Environmental Science with a strong grasp of current affairs related to Science & Tech.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Science & Technology for UPSC & BPSC General Studies (GS Paper), focusing on static and dynamic portions.
- Develop structured lesson plans, study materials, and test series aligned with the latest syllabus.
- Conduct regular classroom and online sessions, including doubt-clearing and answer-writing practice.
- Explain complex scientific concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand manner for aspirants from non-science backgrounds.
- Stay updated with scientific advancements, government policies on technology, ISRO/NASA missions, and innovations in biotechnology, robotics, AI, etc.
- Train students in scientific applications, India’s achievements in S&T, and ethical concerns in technology.
- Provide strategic guidance, revision plans, and personalized mentoring to students.
- Conduct mock tests, evaluate answers, and provide feedback for answer-writing improvement.
- Utilize modern teaching tools, diagrams, and interactive learning methods to enhance understanding.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree or Ph.D. in Science, Engineering, Biotechnology, Environmental Science, or a related field from a reputed institution.
- Experience: 2+ years of teaching experience in UPSC/BPSC coaching institutes preferred.
- Strong command over Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Basic Science), Space Science, IT, and Environmental Science.
- Familiarity with NCERTs, government reports (like Economic Survey, PIB, ISRO reports), and current affairs sources.
- Proficiency in English & Hindi (for BPSC-specific teaching).
- Experience in guiding successful candidates will be an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cleared UPSC Prelims/Mains with Science & Tech expertise (preferred).
- Ability to create exam-oriented content and structured study plans.
- Strong grasp of India’s technology policies, emerging fields like AI, Cybersecurity, and Climate Change technologies.
