Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Intern to support our global recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in recruitment and be comfortable sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates from different countries and regions worldwide.
You should have good knowledge of various candidate sourcing tools, international job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search techniques, and social media recruitment. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in global talent acquisition while working in a flexible and remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates globally for various positions across different countries and time zones.
- Identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, Boolean Search, Google Search, social media platforms, and other sourcing tools.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' experience, skills, communication, availability, and suitability for the role.
- Coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.
- Post job openings across relevant job boards and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and regularly update recruitment trackers.
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Work independently to achieve assigned recruitment targets and deadlines.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Must have experience or a good understanding of global and international candidate sourcing.
- Ability to source candidates across different countries, regions, and time zones.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing platforms and tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean Search, Google Search, international job portals, and social media sourcing.
- Good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, follow-ups, and onboarding support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and maintain an active candidate pipeline.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Must have access to a reliable laptop/computer and stable internet connection.
- Must be available to work within the EST time zone as required.
