Revaz Cations is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Executive to manage domestic and international package bookings and ensure smooth travel arrangements for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Handle domestic & international packages & hotel bookings.
Prepare customized travel itineraries as per client requirements.
Coordinate with hotels & travel vendors.
Handle customer queries and provide suitable travel solutions.
Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth execution of travel arrangements.
Maintain accurate booking records and resolve booking-related issues.
Handle travel ticket bookings and assist with ticketing-related requirements.
Assist in creating and customizing travel packages as per client requirements.
Required Skills
Knowledge of travel booking systems & online travel portals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.
Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Knowledge of flight ticket bookings and ticketing procedures.
Preferred Experience
2+ years of experience in a travel agency, or corporate travel company.
Knowledge of domestic & international travel procedures.
Experience with airline, hotel, and travel booking platforms is an advantage.
Hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS is preferable.
Amadeus certification is preferable.
Knowledge of Galileo/Travelport or Sabre is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,029.42 - ₹37,000.00 per month
