Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential customers in Ahmedabad and surrounding areas using provided databases.
- Product Promotion: Introduce and explain our range of home utility products (Ladders, Safes, Drying Systems).
- Inquiry Management: Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate product information.
- Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with interested prospects to convert leads into sales.
- Data Management: Maintain clear records of daily calls, customer feedback, and sales status in our CRM/Daily Reports.
- Coordination: Schedule appointments or site visits for the field sales team when necessary.
Requirements:
- Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service. (Freshers with great communication skills are welcome).
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Languages: Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi is mandatory. Basic English is a plus.
- Skills: Strong persuasive skills, a polite telephone manner, and a target-oriented mindset.
- Tech: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and mobile apps for reporting.
