- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and continuous improvement of application performance.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders to support knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support and incident management.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
- Strong experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and architectures.
- Familiarity with data integration, transformation, and storage technologies to support business intelligence and analytics.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex data-related issues and optimize data workflows for performance and reliability.
- Experience working with cloud platforms and distributed computing frameworks to manage large datasets.
- Knowledge of scripting and automation to streamline data processing and support tasks.
