Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and conduct nursing education and training programs.
- Prepare and manage monthly training schedules.
- Assess the learning needs and clinical competency of nursing staff.
- Guide and mentor new and existing nurses in clinical practice.
- Conduct orientation and Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) programs.
- Support the implementation of new clinical procedures and best practices.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records.
- Collaborate with the Nursing HOD to plan educational activities.
- Promote continuous learning, patient safety, and quality improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest clinical guidelines and share knowledge with the nursing team.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. Nursing (M.Sc. Nursing preferred).
- Valid Nursing Council registration.
- 3–5 years of clinical experience, with experience in nursing education preferred.
- Strong clinical knowledge and teaching skills.
- Good communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
