Job Responsibilities
Hair Styling & Technical Services
- Perform haircuts, styling, blowouts, and finishing for men, women, and children.
- Execute hair colouring, highlights, balayage, and chemical treatments (rebonding, smoothening, keratin).
- Provide hair care consultations and recommend suitable treatments based on hair type and condition.
Client Experience
- Greet clients warmly and ensure a welcoming, comfortable experience throughout their visit.
- Understand client preferences and deliver results that meet or exceed expectations.
- Build lasting relationships with regular clients to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
Upselling & Retail
- Recommend and upsell hair care products, treatments, and service packages suited to individual client needs.
- Inform clients about ongoing offers, seasonal packages, and new services.
Salon Standards & Hygiene
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic workstation at all times.
- Follow all salon protocols for tool sterilisation and product usage.
- Adhere to appointment schedules to ensure smooth daily operations.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the salon manager and team to coordinate appointments and workflow.
- Support during salon events, photoshoots, and reel/video creation when required.
- Assist junior staff or trainees with guidance when needed.
Key Skills Required
- Proficiency in a wide range of cutting, colouring, and styling techniques.
- Up-to-date knowledge of hair care trends and products.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced salon environment.
- Communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and/or English preferred.
