Job Title: Admission Counsellor

Job Overview:
Wheelers Global Edu is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to guide students through the admissions process and support them in choosing the right academic programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and engagement skills, with a strong passion for student counselling and education guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, universities, and admission requirements
- Handle student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Guide students through the application and enrollment process
- Maintain regular follow-up with applicants to ensure conversion
- Achieve admission targets as set by the organization
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and applications
- Collaborate with team members to improve outreach and conversion strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and engagement skills
- Ability to confidently present and explain academic programs
- Basic understanding of international education systems preferred
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in education counselling, sales, or customer service is an advantage
- Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
