- Troubleshooting No Power, No POST, No Boot, No Display, overheating, battery & charging issues
- Hardware diagnostics using Dell SupportAssist/ePSA
- Troubleshooting motherboard, RAM, SSD/HDD, display, keyboard, Wi-Fi, USB & other components
- BIOS/UEFI, firmware and driver troubleshooting
- FRU replacement and laptop disassembly/repair
- Basic use of multimeter and electronic troubleshooting tools
- ESD safety and post-repair functional testing
- Ticket documentation, RMA/warranty support and L2/L3 escalation
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
