This role is based at our new Bangalore office, which we are setting up now. You would be joining early and helping build the team, so expect a fast-moving environment where you help shape how things are done.
About the Role
We are hiring a Sales Manager to grow our water and wastewater business. You will own the sales cycle end to end, finding and winning new contracts across municipalities, industry, and large developments, and building lasting client relationships along the way. This is a client-facing, target-driven role for someone who knows how to open doors, run a deal to close, and lift the numbers over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and run client visits, meetings, and product presentations.
- Scope, price, and quote projects to fit client needs, keeping proposals accurate and on time.
- Run the lead pipeline from first contact to qualified in Zoho CRM, with automated follow-ups.
- Build and hold long-term relationships, especially with small and medium businesses in the wastewater sector.
- Grow our presence through local connections and industry events.
- Work with internal teams and consultants to break into niche markets.
- Track the sales numbers (conversion rates, deal size, revenue per rep) and use them to sharpen strategy.
- Keep clients happy and retained with regular check-ins and account management.
- Close deals and hit your targets.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years in sales, ideally in water or wastewater treatment.
- Solid knowledge of our technology range: packaged and conventional STP and ETP, MBBR, MBR, SBR, DAF, RO, and UF.
- A track record in sales management, setting targets and delivering growth.
- Natural leadership and a collaborative style.
- Excellent communication and negotiation, and a knack for building client trust.
- Fluent with CRM tools, Zoho especially, for tracking, reporting, and managing leads.
- Existing contacts in the wastewater world, particularly MEP consultants and architects, are a plus.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
