Job Summary
The HCL L1 Command Center Analyst provides proactive 24x7 monitoring of network and application environments, ensuring service stability through early detection, alert triage, and timely escalation in line with HCL Command Center best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor network and application health using HCL-approved monitoring platforms
- Validate, correlate, and triage alerts following HCL runbooks and SOPs
- Log, update, and route incidents via ITSM tools (ServiceNow)
- Perform first-level diagnostics and predefined health checks
- Escalate incidents to L2/L3 teams with accurate technical context
- Support major incident bridges and SLA tracking as directed
- Maintain shift handovers, dashboards, and operational documentation
- Adhere to HCL security, compliance, and governance standards
Skill Requirements
