Experience: 4+ years (software / IT project delivery)
Role summary
Own end-to-end delivery of software projects across web, mobile, and backend teams. Run the day-to-day Agile process and act as the link between engineering, QA, design, and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Run sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives across concurrent delivery tracks.
- Maintain the backlog, milestone plan, and dependency map; track critical-path items and risks.
- Produce weekly status reports and stakeholder/steering updates; chair the PM/delivery forum.
- Own the risk & issue log and the change-control process; run impact assessments for scope changes.
- Coordinate delivery gates and acceptance signoffs; manage stakeholder communication and expectations.
- Track team capacity and flag resourcing or timeline risk early.
Required
- Demonstrable delivery of multi-team software projects through the full lifecycle.
- Strong command of Agile/Scrum; familiarity with hybrid / stage-gated delivery.
- Fluent with delivery tooling (Jira / Azure DevOps), reporting, and RACI/governance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Rigorous risk, dependency, and stakeholder management.
Nice to have
- Enterprise or product-company delivery experience.
- PMP / PRINCE2 / PSM certification.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
