Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and creative Sr. Architect to join a premium real estate developer. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in architectural design, working drawings, project coordination and site execution, with the ability to manage architectural activities from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review architectural designs, plans, elevations and sections.
- Prepare detailed working drawings and construction drawings using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP consultants, contractors and project teams.
- Ensure architectural execution is in line with approved designs and specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits and resolve design and execution-related issues.
- Review drawings, BOQs, material specifications and architectural details.
- Assist in design development, material selection and project presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations and project standards.
- Monitor quality of architectural work and maintain premium finishing standards.
- Manage drawing revisions and maintain proper architectural documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior architects and site teams.
Required Skills
✅ Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural detailing
✅ Excellent understanding of residential/commercial construction
✅ Strong design and space-planning skills
✅ Knowledge of building codes and approval processes
✅ Good knowledge of construction materials and finishes
✅ Strong consultant and contractor coordination skills
✅ Good communication and project management abilities
✅ Attention to detail and design aesthetics
✅ Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit or other 3D software will be an advantage
