What We're Looking For
- 1 - 2+ years of experience as a Telesales Team Leader in any field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Experience in real estate sales is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate the telesales team to achieve daily and monthly targets
* Monitor team performance and improve conversion rates
* Train, mentor, and develop team members
* Ensure high-quality customer interactions and follow-ups
* Prepare daily & weekly performance reports
