Job Summary
TechLIT IT Solutions is seeking a highly creative, hybrid 3D Animator & Story Writer to drive our visual storytelling and digital content initiatives. In this role, you will bridge the gap between traditional 3D animation workflows and cutting-edge generative AI technologies. You will be responsible for conceptualizing narratives from scratch, scripting engaging content, and bringing those stories to life using tools like Blender, Autodesk Maya, and modern AI video models. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to experiment with new digital production pipelines.
Core Responsibilities
- End-to-End Storytelling: Conceptualize, outline, and write compelling scripts and character dialogue tailored for various digital formats (from short-form clips to long-form cinematic sequences).
- Pre-Production & Storyboarding: Translate written concepts into clear visual storyboards, shot lists, and 3D animatics to establish pacing, camera angles, and emotional beats.
- 3D Production: Model, rig, texture, and animate high-quality 3D assets and scenes using Blender and Autodesk Maya.
- AI Integration: Leverage generative AI video and image models (e.g., Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion) to accelerate asset creation, background generation, and conceptualization.
- Post-Production: Edit and composite final renders using tools like Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro, seamlessly blending 3D elements with AI-generated environments and effects.
Experience & Qualifications
- 3+ years of combined experience in 3D animation, digital storytelling, or scriptwriting for video content.
- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Film/Screenwriting, Fine Arts, or equivalent practical production experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Blender and Autodesk Maya, with a solid grasp of keyframe animation, rigging, and rendering.
- Proven experience integrating generative AI video and image models into a production pipeline.
- Solid command of video editing and compositing software.
