Draft, review, and manage internal and external communications on behalf of Directors.
Manage calendars, meetings, company visits, conferences, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate with HR, IT, Finance, and other departments for seamless cross-functional support.
Ensure timely follow-up on action items, delegated tasks, and approvals.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
Track tasks, priorities, schedules, and deadlines for Directors and teams.
Support accounts reconciliation through data collection and documentation.
Oversee office administration, vendor coordination, and office supplies.
Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.
Manage internal communication platforms and administrative processes.
