Role & responsibilities
- Preparation of internal & external plumbing layout drawings
- Designing storm water drainage layouts and schematics
- Preparation of fire fighting layouts (sprinkler & hydrant systems)
- Drafting UGT & OHT tank layouts, sleeve details, and section drawings
- Preparation of MEP coordinated drawings along with structural and architectural inputs
- Checking concealed conduiting and sleeve work before slab casting
- Preparing critical sections and detailed drawings for execution
- Coordinating with engineers for drawing approvals and revisions
- Following up with clients/consultants for comments and approvals
- Ensuring drawings are updated as per site requirements and changes
Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Piping / Relevant field
- Strong understanding of plumbing and fire fighting systems
- Experience in residential, commercial, and high-rise projects
- Knowledge of MEP coordination drawings
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
