Key Responsibilities
· Strategic Alliances & MoUs: Independently identify, negotiate, draft, and finalize formal cross-sector Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) across government bodies, corporates, and national/local NGOs.
· CSR Fundraising: Build a reliable financial pipeline by pitching BARS’s scientific roadmap to MNCs, Indian corporate leaders, and sustainability heads to secure grants and sponsorships.
· Total Operations & Admin Ownership: Manage the daily administrative operations of our New Delhi office, including vendor onboarding, facilities management, contract management, and utility compliance.
· Financial Governance: Take complete ownership of budget tracking, operational expense monitoring, and cash flows. Coordinate directly with legal teams and external Chartered Accountants (CAs) for flawless tax and regulatory compliance.
Who We Are Looking For
· The Experience: 8–10 years of strong, verifiable experience in Project Management, Program Management, Chief of Staff roles, or managing large multi-stakeholder platforms.
· The Track Record: Concrete, demonstrable proof of having independently negotiated corporate/government MoUs and successfully raised institutional/CSR funds.
· The Bilingual Edge: Ability to speak fluent "Corporate" (Bazaar), "Government" (Sarkaar), and "Grassroots" (Samaaj) languages with natural diplomatic ease.
· Financial Literacy: Comfort reading balance sheets, structuring complex project budgets, and managing standard corporate compliance.
· Education: MBA, Master's in Public Policy, Finance, Social Entrepreneurship, or a related professional field.
