The Opportunity:
The Education & Training Associate Trainer supports the organization's mission by facilitating operational training for Patient Access and Revenue Cycle staff, including the creation, design, and delivery of educational materials and curriculums. This professional collaborates with operational owners to identify training needs, delivers training in various formats, and ensures compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. The role emphasizes foundational execution, adaptability, and continuous learning. Facilitates training sessions, including new hire orientation, EMR and ancillary systems training, and role-based training for Patient Access and other functional areas. Performs all training and policy maintenance duties, including facilitation of classes in virtual, one-on-one, and group settings. Completes all pre- and post-class activities in a timely and accurate manner, including LMS tasks, training checklists, activity reporting, assessment management, and course completion tracking. Participates in training documentation and curriculum projects, including analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating educational materials. Meets project deadlines, including those with short turnaround times, and support functional training responsibilities as assigned. Conducts employee surveys and interviews to assess training needs, especially during onboarding of new clients or facilities, and compile data for evaluation. Collaborates with operational owners, associates, clients, and vendors to assess training needs and develop training plans tailored to the audience. Participates in continuous learning through formal courses, informal learning, shadowing, coaching, and group interactions.
