Roles and Responsibilities
- Test Execution: Execute manual and basic automated test cases to identify software defects and bugs.
- Bug Tracking: Document, log, and track software bugs thoroughly using tracking tools.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers and product managers to understand system requirements and verify bug fixes.
- Documentation: Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining clear test plans, test cases, and quality reports.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). Knowledge of Java, Python, or SQL is a plus.
- Attributes: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, sharp attention to detail, and good communication skills.
