As a Lead Generation Executive, you will be the first point of contact for potential B2B clients in the USA, helping to expand our client base through proactive outreach.Key Responsibilities
- Cold Calling: Conduct outbound calls to prospective business clients in the USA to introduce our services.
- Lead Identification: Research and identify potential decision-makers and business opportunities within the target market.
- Engagement: Use your communication skills to build rapport and handle initial objections professionally.
- Appointment Setting: Qualify leads and schedule meetings for our senior consultants.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in our CRM system.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: Any Graduate/Undergraduate with a passion for sales.
- Skills: Exceptional verbal communication in English with a clear and confident tone.
- Attitude: Highly motivated, resilient, and a quick learner. You don't need experience; we will train you!
- Shift Readiness: Must be comfortable working in a permanent Night Shift to align with USA business hours.
