- Assess training needs: Identify skill gaps and requirements through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers and other leaders.
- Excellent ability to explain concepts clearly and connect with diverse learners.
- Provide coaching and support: Offer one-on-one mentorship and ongoing support to help learners improve their skills and knowledge.
- Adaptability: Capacity to adjust teaching styles to meet different learning needs.
- Research new teaching methods.
- Attend education conferences.
