About the Role:
Gopalan Enterprises is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to oversee and manage on-site construction activities for large-scale High rise residential real estate projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, execution capabilities, and site coordination experience to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
-Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and project teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards.
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Manage material planning, site resources, and contractor performance.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
- Resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
-5–7 years of experience in high rise residential construction projects.
-Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and safety practices.
