Job Title: QC Academic Manager & Academic Head

Job Purpose
The Academic Manager & Academic Head will be the strategic and operational custodian of academic excellence for our Kochi branch. This role involves managing daily center operations, driving high-quality curriculum delivery, leading and mentoring a high-performing faculty team, maintaining student satisfaction, and collaborating closely with the center sales/admissions team to support branch enrollment goals.
Key Responsibilities1. Academic Leadership & Quality Assurance
- Curriculum Execution: Ensure flawless execution of the academic calendar, timetables, and lesson plans in alignment with the central organization's standards.
- Quality Audits: Regularly audit classroom delivery, digital learning platform usage, and teaching methodologies to maintain standard instruction quality.
- Assessment & Analytics: Oversee the evaluation system, mock tests, and exams. Analyze student performance data to identify learning gaps and execute remedial strategies.
2. Faculty Management & Training
- Team Leadership: Recruit, onboard, manage, and retain qualified educators, mentors, and instructional staff for the Kochi branch.
- Performance Monitoring: Conduct classroom observations, deliver constructive feedback, and handle annual performance appraisals for the academic team.
- Upskilling: Organize regular Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) and training sessions to keep instructors updated on pedagogical shifts and technology integration.
3. Student & Parent Relations (Stakeholder Management)
- Student Mentorship: Establish an accessible feedback loop for students, offering counseling and academic interventions to maintain high retention rates.
- Parent Engagement: Lead parent-teacher meetings (PTMs), addressing escalations, student progress updates, and concerns constructively.
- Grievance Redressal: Function as the primary escalation point for any academic or operational disputes within the branch.
4. Operational & Admissions Collaboration
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Partner with the Kochi Branch Head and Admissions Counselors to provide academic insights during student walk-ins and seminars.y.
- Compliance: Ensure the branch adheres to all local educational regulations, safety guidelines, and corporate operational standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: MBA.
- Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Malayalam is essential to communicate effectively with local parents, students, and regulatory authorities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
