Job Description :
1.Holds the whole responsibility of the Quality of the Project-MEP
related drawing
2.Quality of the Work to be followed based on the NBC Checklist
of SRI BABY Systems, Protocols and Methodology.
3. Prepare and develop MEP design drawings and layouts
4. Design HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV
systems
5. Perform load calculations, sizing, and system selection
6.Coordinate MEP designs with architectural and structural teams
7. Ensure designs comply with local codes, standards, and client
requirements
8.Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, and material submittals
9.Review shop drawings and technical documents
10 Attend design coordination meetings and provide technical
support
11. Support project execution and resolve design-related issues
Qualification and Job
Specification :
BE EEE, ELECTRICAL or, D.EEE, D. ELECTRICAL.
1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or
related field
2. Minimum 4 years of experience in MEP design projects
3.Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire
protection systems
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other design software
5. Familiarity with international and local building standards/codes
6.Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills
7.Ability to work independently and meet project deadlinesBOQ
with materials code, specification also
8.Design Engineer to study the NBC, BUILDING ASPECTS
Indian norms.
9.MEP related of product specification recommend the
