Job Summary
Fazlani Foods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Promoters to promote and sell our food products at retail outlets across Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasing personality, and a passion for sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and demonstrate company products to customers.
- Engage with walk-in customers and explain product features and benefits.
- Generate sales by encouraging customers to purchase products.
- Ensure proper product display and merchandising at the assigned outlet.
- Maintain stock availability and report stock shortages.
- Build good relationships with store staff and customers.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Submit daily sales and attendance reports to the reporting manager.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: SSC / HSC / Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Retail Sales, FMCG, Food Products, Customer Service, or Sales Promotion will be preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to travel within Mumbai, if required.
