Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven UX/UI (Product) Designer with 3–6 years of experience who can take products from idea to execution independently.
This is a hands-on, ownership-focused role where you will design end-to-end product experiences — from research to final UI — while working closely with product and engineering teams.
Note: This is NOT a graphic/marketing design role. It is purely product design (UX/UI).

- Salary: ₹4 – ₹8 LPA (Based on experience)
- Openings: 3 – 5 Positions
- Reporting To: Design Manager
Key Responsibilities1. User Understanding & Research
- Translate business goals into design problems
- Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, competitor analysis)
- Create personas, journey maps, and insights
2. UX Design & Prototyping
- Define user flows, navigation, and information architecture
- Create wireframes (low → high fidelity)
- Build interactive prototypes using Figma
3. UI Design
- Design clean, modern, responsive interfaces
- Maintain strong visual hierarchy, typography & spacing
- Ensure consistency across product
4. AI-Driven Design
- Use AI tools to speed up design workflows
- Design experiences for AI-based features (chat UI, prompts, flows)
5. Design System
- Build reusable components and design systems
- Maintain consistency and scalability
6. Testing & Iteration
- Conduct usability testing
- Improve designs based on feedback and data
7. Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Managers & Developers
- Deliver developer-ready handoffs (specs, assets, edge cases)
- Ensure design quality in final product
Must-Have Skills
- 3–6 years of real product design experience
- Strong portfolio (MANDATORY)
- Expertise in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping)
- Solid understanding of:
- UX principles
- Information architecture
- Interaction design
- Strong UI skills (typography, layout, color, spacing)
- Responsive & mobile-first design
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
- Strong communication & decision-making skills
AI Skills (Required)
This is an AI-first role. You must be comfortable using AI tools for design.
Experience with tools like:
- Figma AI
- Galileo AI
- Uizard
- v0 (or similar tools)
Ability to design AI-powered product experiences is a must
