Job Title: CCTV Field Technician

Roles & Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems at customer locations.
- Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and IP cameras.
- Attend customer service calls and resolve technical issues within the assigned timelines.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of CCTV systems.
- Diagnose hardware, software, and networking issues related to surveillance systems.
- Configure recording devices, remote viewing, and camera settings.
- Coordinate with customers to ensure timely completion of installation and service activities.
- Maintain service reports, installation records, and daily field visit updates.
- Ensure adherence to company service standards and safety guidelines during field visits.
- Provide technical support and excellent customer service during field visits.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–2 years of experience in CCTV installation, maintenance, or field service.
- Experience with Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus, Bosch, or similar CCTV systems.
- Basic knowledge of networking, LAN cabling, and IP camera configuration.
- Good customer-handling and communication skills.
- Willing to travel for field service across Bangalore.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory.
