Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates based on business requirements
Handle end-to-end recruitment for overseas construction roles
Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews
Coordinate with clients for interviews and trade tests
Maintain candidate database and tracking reports
Manage offer rollout and candidate mobilization
