Responsibilities
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and documents to gather information and prepare accurate estimations.
- Develop detailed cost estimates for HVAC systems within commercial projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
- Research and source pricing for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Prepare and present estimates to management and clients.
- Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and risks within project proposals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry standards, advancements, and trends.
- Track and report on estimation metrics and project costs.
- Assist in contract negotiations and subcontractor/vendor selections.
- Ensure all estimates comply with technical specifications, safety standards, and company policies.
Skills
- Knowledge of HVAC design Calculations like E20/HAP, Duct Sizing, Pipe sizing.
- Complete Knowledge of BOQ, BOM and Costing.
- HVAC design and analysis.
- AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
- Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Understanding of construction codes and standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Negotiation and contract management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cost estimation for HVAC projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and design standards.
- Familiarity with estimating software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
