Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve branch sales and admission targets.
- Plan and execute regional marketing activities.
- Manage the complete student lifecycle (prospecting to support).
- Build relationships with schools, principals, and management for business development.
- Conduct seminars in schools, communities, and corporate organizations.
- Oversee daily sales activities and admission processes.
- Train and educate the team on products and services.
- Identify and develop new B2B and B2C business opportunities.
- Ensure continuous product knowledge and sales training for staff.
- Foster collaboration between academic and branch teams.
- Resolve employee, sales, and pricing issues promptly.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and monthly target achievement.
- Prepare MIS reports and track competitor activities.
- Organize and participate in marketing events.
- Ensure effective merchandising and brand visibility.
- Counsel parents and educational institutions with tailored solutions.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.
- Manage end-to-end branch operations and coordinate with stakeholders.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
