We are hiring for field Service Engineers for Screw Air Compressors , Dryers , Chillers and other utility equipments for clients, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime through on-site troubleshooting, preventative care, and customer training, requiring strong technical skills, problem-solving, and communication to resolve issues efficiently and maintain high customer satisfaction across various industries.
Key Responsibilities :
- Installation & Commissioning: Setting up and configuring new equipment or systems.
- Maintenance : Performing routine checks and preventative maintenance.
- Troubleshooting : Diagnosing and resolving technical faults quickly, often under pressure.
- Repairs: Fixing complex mechanical, electrical, or software issues.
- Customer Support: Providing training and technical advice to clients, ensuring a positive experience.
- Documentation: Maintaining detailed service records and reports.
- Collaboration: Working with other technical staff for complex problems.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :
- EDUCATION: DIPLOMA / ITI IN MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, OR RELATED ENGINEERING FIELD.
- TECHNICAL SKILLS: PROFICIENCY WITH COMPLEX MACHINERY, ELECTRICAL/MECHANICAL SYSTEMS, AND DIAGNOSTIC TOOLS.
- PROBLEM-SOLVING: STRONG ANALYTICAL AND TROUBLESHOOTING ABILITIES.
- COMMUNICATION: EXCELLENT VERBAL AND WRITTEN SKILLS FOR CLIENT INTERACTION AND REPORTING.
- CUSTOMER SERVICE: FOCUS ON CLIENT SATISFACTION AND EFFECTIVE SERVICE DELIVERY.
- ADAPTABILITY: ABILITY TO LEARN NEW TECHNOLOGIES AND WORK IN DIVERSE ENVIRONMENTS (E.G., TEXTILES, MANUFACTURING, HEALTHCARE , PROCESS , FOOD PROCESSING ETC.)
