Mobiliser Job Description
A Mobiliser is responsible for identifying, motivating, counseling, and enrolling candidates into training programs, skill development courses, educational programs, or employment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit villages, schools, colleges, communities, and local areas to create awareness about training programs.
- Conduct counseling sessions for students, job seekers, and parents.
- Mobilize and enroll eligible candidates according to project guidelines.
- Maintain candidate records and enrollment data.
- Coordinate with training centers and placement teams.
- Organize awareness camps, meetings, and promotional activities.
- Follow up with prospective candidates through phone calls and field visits.
- Achieve monthly admission/enrollment targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly mobilization reports.
Required Skills
- Good communication and counseling skills.
- Ability to convince and motivate candidates.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
- Fieldwork and networking skills.
- Teamwork and reporting abilities.
Educational Qualification
- 12th Pass / Graduate (varies by organization).
- Experience in sales, marketing, education, or skill development is preferred.
Work Environment
- Frequent field visits to villages, schools, colleges, and communities.
