Auto Transport Sales Agent — NIGHT SHIFT | OFFICE-BASEDAbout the Role
We are looking for motivated and hardworking Sales Agents to join our growing auto-transport sales team.
IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN OFFICE-BASED NIGHT SHIFT POSITION
This is NOT a work-from-home position. Candidates are required to work from our office during the NIGHT SHIFT / U.S. business hours.
STRONG ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE A MUST, as you will be communicating directly with customers in the United States.
You will communicate with customers in the U.S. who are looking to ship their vehicles. Your main responsibility will be to contact leads, understand customer requirements, provide competitive quotes, follow up with customers, and close vehicle transportation orders.
This is a performance-based sales position. We are looking for people who are motivated by achieving targets and increasing their earnings through strong sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers by phone and follow up with leads.
- Communicate professionally with U.S.-based customers in English.
- Understand customer vehicle-shipping requirements.
- Provide quotes and explain our transportation services.
- Handle customer questions and price objections.
- Negotiate and close vehicle transportation orders.
- Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.
- Follow up consistently with potential customers.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Work as part of a team and maintain professional communication.
- Work from the company office during U.S. business hours.
Requirements
- Strong spoken and written English is REQUIRED.
- Excellent English communication skills are a MUST for communicating with U.S. customers.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident speaking with customers over the phone.
- Sales experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Freshers with strong English communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.
- Comfortable working with daily sales targets.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness and ability to work the NIGHT SHIFT during U.S. business hours.
- Willingness to work from the office — this is NOT a work-from-home position.

English communication is mandatory because our customer base is located in the USA.
Attendance, calling activity, follow-up, and sales performance will be measured.
Candidates must be comfortable working from the office during U.S. business hours and communicating professionally with U.S. customers in English.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
