Responsibilities
- Monitor food production processes and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
- Assist in new product development and improvement.
- Maintain production records and documentation.
- Coordinate with production and quality assurance teams.
- Implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and quality control procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
