Educational Qualifications- Must have- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics
Good to have- PGDBA or MBA in Marketing
Overall Experience- 10 to 13 Years
Relevant Experience- 8-10 Years
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
Technical Competencies-
1- Knowledge on Low voltage Power Distribution Network (including , Motor control , Final distribution, Metering & Power Quality systems) and its products
2-Knowledge on MV Electrical Distribution systems (Transformers, MV Panels, SCADA, CSS)
3. Knowledge on Energy Management software, Communication architectures
Functional competencies"

Should be ready to travel extensively for customer and project coverage.

Drive ONE Siemens SI prescription activity in Mumbai Region leveraging Sustainability, Digitalization and Innovation offers
Prescribe Siemens EP value proposition of – SiePan, iMCC, AFDD, Bus Trunking, Energy management Digitalization Architecture for respective applications in targeted segments
Working on Large projects on Siemens SI approach Incorporating products / solution specifications from conceptual stage with MEP consultants/PMCs/End Users and ensuring business conversion with regional coordination
- Mapping of all targeted accounts ensuring Siemens engagement at Top level.
- Plan and conduct customer engagement activities, at consultant accounts.
Building strong consultant team, foster leadership skills, Inclusivity, Technical competency in people
Working in coordination with EU-TS teams / PBD/Sales excellence & Regional sales team to share timely information of projects to achieve targeted business of different activities and to extend the support to another region wherever required
Coordination with SI EA, SI-B and other business unit team/s to meet customer needs
