- Develop detailed 3D piping models using software such as AutoCAD Plant 3D,
- Proficient in preparing Plot Plan, Equipment Layout, Piping Layout, Support Layout, Isometrics, MTO in a 3D environment.
- Ensure designs align with project requirements, safety standards, and industry codes (e.g., ASME, API).
- Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts using 3D modelling tools.
- Coordinate with structural and equipment models to ensure compatibility and functionality.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., structural, electrical, and mechanical engineers) to integrate piping designs.
- Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and monitoring the progress of 3D modelling deliverables.
- Select appropriate materials based on process requirements and project specifications.
- Generate and review material take-offs (MTOs) from 3D models for procurement and construction purposes.
- Conduct model reviews to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to project standards.
- Prepare and verify as-built models and drawings after construction.
- Stay updated with the latest design software tools and techniques.
- Troubleshoot issues within the 3D design software and ensure smooth operation.
- Maintain documentation for designs, revisions, and project-related communications.
- Ensure all designs comply with health, safety, and environmental standards, as well as local and international codes.
- Provide technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning of piping systems.
Update models and drawings based on field changes and feedback
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per year
