Job Responsibilities
- Deliver customer orders safely and on time.
- Handle products carefully during pickup and delivery.
- Ensure proper communication with customers during delivery.
- Verify orders before delivery and collect payments if required.
- Coordinate with kiosk and operations teams for smooth deliveries.
- Maintain delivery status updates through the mobile application or assigned system.
- Follow company delivery guidelines and customer service standards.
Requirements
- Valid driving license.
- Own two-wheeler preferred.
- Basic smartphone handling skills and knowledge of map/navigation apps.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam.
- Responsible and customer-friendly attitude.
- Ability to manage time efficiently.

- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from Trivandrum are preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
