Lead – Planning is responsible for preparation, monitoring and control of project schedules for assigned projects. The role ensures timely delivery through effective planning, progress tracking, coordination with execution teams and proactive risk mitigation.

- Ability to understand andutilizeadvanced software in use across process/ project lifecycle to effectively carry out the functional responsibilities and improve usage and adoption of such tools (existing and new) across teams, aiding with enhanced project planning and execution
- Ability to understand project/package requirements and create baseline project schedules using relevant tools (such as Gantt charts, Critical Path Method (CPM), and PERT charts, Primavera, Microsoft Project, etc.) based on agreed milestones, historical data, constraints, resource productivity, and availability of resourcesin order toplan and track project tasks and milestones, and identify dependencies
- Ability to apply knowledge of agreed project plan and timelines to analyze, assess, address and notify delay events (including delay in certification of RA Bills and escalation) to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner and prepare and submit the ExtensionOfTime (EOT) application in accordance with standard protocols (SCL, AACE etc.) and contractual obligations to minimize disruptions
- Ability to understand risk management principles (including aspect and impact management) and the established risk management framework to conduct periodic review for identifying, evaluating and quantifying potential risks across the project lifecycle (including Pre-Bid and Post-Bid) to assess their likelihood and impact, document them in the risk register and develop risk mitigation strategies for reducing, eliminating, or preparing for risks
- Ability to capture and interpret data toidentifytrends and actionable insights on bottlenecks and inefficiencies and guide decision-making by using relevant analytical tools and visualizing data to prepare detailed update reports and dashboards on key KPIs
- Ability to utilize knowledge of database management systems, business intelligence tools, data analytics, and reporting frameworks to design and implement efficient MIS processes, ensuring accurate data integration, real-time reporting, and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making, monitor organizational performance, and enhance operational efficiency
- Ability toutilizedigital planning modules or software platforms to create, track, and update project schedules, resource plans, and progress data, enabling integrated and data-driven project management.
