Are you a natural leader with a proven track record of driving sales targets? We are looking for an experienced, high-energy Sales Team Leader to manage, mentor, and scale our sales team in Kolkata!
Key Details:
Experience: 2+ Years of Team Handling Experience in Sales (Experience in BPO, Website/Software Sales, Upselling, or Banking is highly preferred).
Team Size Handled: 15+ agents preferred.
Location: Work From Office (Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata).
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
What You'll Do:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to hit revenue targets.
Conduct daily team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
Track individual/team KPIs and analyze sales metrics via MS Excel/CRM.
Support the team in closing complex sales opportunities and handling escalations.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills.
Ability to motivate agents and improve sales conversion rates.
